Over ten thousand people received Hon. Deng Joh Angok at Malakal Airport

In a remarkable display of support and enthusiasm, over ten thousand residents gathered at Malakal International Airport in Upper State to extend a warm welcome to Hon. Deng Joh Angok, the newly appointed Deputy Governor.

Also in attendance were prominent SPLM National MPs, such as Hon. John Gai Yoh, former presidential advisor, and Hon. Fadwa Chuei, Deng Yel, the deputy chairperson of Constituency Development Fund, signaling a unified front in the party’s efforts to strengthen its position in the region. Hon. Lidia John Jok, chairperson of Upper Nile caucus, Hon. Abuk Papiti and Hon. Ali Adlan.
