The South Sudan National Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture on Friday awarded business excellence awards to several corporate companies.
Among the notable companies that received the 2023 chamber quality awards include Juba Network, The City Review Newspaper and Spectrum Advertising top in.
Ladu Lukak, the Chairperson for South Sudan National Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture said the awards targeted companies offering quality services to the people of South Sudan.
“We are doing this with the help of our supporters, our goal is to encourage those who provide services regardless of their nationality to provide quality services to the people of South Sudan,” said Lukak in an interview with Juba Echo.
The 2023 Chamber Quality Awards had four categories platinum, gold, silver, and bronze and targeted about 45 quality service providers including businesses and individuals.
In 2022, Rak Media Printing Press, Trinity Energy Limited, The City Review Newspaper topped the South Sudan National Chamber Quality Awards.
In 2014, during the first Chamber Quality Awards, Zain, the telecom operator, was announced as the best mobile network provider for investing more than $350 million in telecommunication sector.
The annual Chamber Quality Awards has since 2014 been given to business companies who have excelled tremendously in providing high-quality services and products to the people of South Sudan.
