South Sudan National Men’s football team beat Harambee Stars of Kenya in an international friendly match on Tuesday.
A 2nd Minute goal from Police FC Kenya Striker TIto Okello propelled the Bright Stars to their first ever win over their East African neighbours in an international game.
Despite the historic win the teams performance remains questionable as the Kenyans dominated from every department.
Despite losing his grandfather hours to the game, Goalkeeper Majak Mawith made stunning saves to keep the Bright Stars game.
South Sudan had gone 5 games without a win against Kenya in previous attempts.
