President Kiir has directed the newly appointed Officials to live up to their constitutional bargain of delivering services and uniting the people of South Sudan.
President Kiir was speaking on Tuesday while swearing in the Ministers who were assigned new portfolios.
The Head of State urged all officials to diligently serve the citizens and the country, reminding them that their mandate was to transform the lives of the people for the better, and not to work for their personal interests.
President Kiir on Monday appointed Bangasi Joseph Bakasoro as Minister of Presidential Affairs, Dak Duop Bichiok, Minister of Public Service and Human Resource Development, William Anyuon as Minister of Trade and Industry and Kuol Muor Muor as Governor of Warrap State.
The new officials in their oath pledged to foster development and promote the welfare of the people.
