Reports from Khartoum says both Sudan Armed Forces and Rapid Support Forces have agreed to a 24-hour ceasefire scheduled to begin at 6pm on Tuesday, Aljazeera reported.
Fighting began in Sudanese capital on Saturday between Sudan Armed Forces headed by General Al Fattah Al Burhan and Rapid Support Forces headed by General Mohamed Hamdan Dagalo.
The disagreement is over the duration of integration of Rapid Support Forces into Sudan Armed Forces, General Al Burhan wants the integration completed in two years but General Hamdan wants ten years for the process.
