South Sudan Football Association holds a two-day sports journalist training in Juba on Tuesday.
The workshop facilitated by CECAFA media and communication Director brought together 63 sports journalists from different media houses.
Speaking at the opening of the workshop, Charles Odaur vice president of SSFA urged the journalists to pay attention to the training because football can not develop without the media.
On his part, Kuek says it’s the vision of the federation to ensure that sports journalists are equipped with knowledge which will be enable for them to do their work professionally.
The secretary general of SSFA Victor Lawrence says football will only develop in the country when journalists work in a professional way.
